Medals dispatch within 2-7 working days of your activity being approved, and we email you the courier's tracking number the moment the parcel leaves us. Shipping anywhere in India is included in the medal packages - there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Every price on the site is GST-inclusive - the number you see is the number you pay. Digital packages include your certificate, badge and leaderboard entry. Medal packages add the physical medal, ribbon, gift box and free shipping across India.
Yes, until the completion window closes. Move up or down between distances from your dashboard; if you upgrade to a package that costs more, you pay only the difference.
No. All payments are online through Razorpay - UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Paying up front is what lets us confirm your slot and lock in your medal the moment you register.
